Sahgal, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from 3rd October, 2025 due to his personal reasons. Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Tanuj K. Sahgal. The said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned above.
