HDFC Bank, Lupin and Bajaj Healthcare to see some action today

HDFC Bank’s average deposits were Rs 27,105 billion for the September 2025 quarter, a growth of around 15.1% over Rs 23,540 billion for the September 2024 quarter, and around 2.0% over Rs 26,576 billion for the June 2025 quarter. Its average advances under management (advances grossing up for inter-bank participation certificates, bills rediscounted and securitisation / assignment) were Rs 27,946 billion for the September 2025 quarter, a growth of around 9.0% over Rs 25,639 billion for the September 2024 quarter, and a growth of around 1.9% over Rs 27,423 billion for the June 2025 quarter. 

Lupin has launched Liraglutide Injection, 18 mg/3 mL (6 mg/mL) Single-Patient-Use Prefilled Pen, in the United States (US). Liraglutide Injection, 18 mg/3 mL (6 mg/mL) Single-Patient-Use Prefilled Pen is bioequivalent to Victoza Injection, 18 mg/3 mL (6 mg/mL) of Novo Nordisk Inc. It is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older, with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Bajaj Healthcare has received a positive recommendation from the Subject Expert Committee (SEC) (Neurology & Psychiatry) of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) to initiate Phase III clinical trials for Suvorexant Tablets, available in strengths of 5mg, 10mg, 15mg, and 20mg. The company is the first company in India to receive this regulatory nod for Suvorexant. Suvorexant is a prescription medication used to treat insomnia in adults. It works by modulating the sleep-wake cycle through the central nervous system, promoting improved sleep onset and maintenance.

Ceigall India has received Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 597.00 crore (including GST) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. The work order is for Solar Power Developer (SPD) for solar photovoltaic power generating stations of an aggregate capacity of 147 MW (AC) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 Scheme, for setting up grid-connected solar power projects at 2 districts in the state of Maharashtra. The work order is to be executed within 18 months and the operational period will be 25 years.

Krystal Integrated Services (KISL) has secured a contract worth around Rs 83 crore (including all duties and taxes) from Directorate of Education, New Delhi. The contract is for providing Sanitation / House Keeping Services at Government school buildings, stadium and offices under the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi for a period of 2 years.

FDC has secured ANDA approval from United States Food and Drug Administration (U.S.FDA), for Pilocarpine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution USP, 1%, 2%, and 4% (15 mL).

Hindustan Copper has executed Kendadih Mining Lease Deed with District Commissioner (DC), Jamshedpur on October 4, 2025. The company has executed 20 years Lease Deed for Kendadih Copper Mine. The deed plays a crucial role towards reopening and commencement of Copper Ore Production from the Kendadih Copper Mine, which holds strategic importance for the growth of copper production in the region.
