FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 1 data: SEBI

01 Oct 2013 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net sellers in equity and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2148.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 2672.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 524.50 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross buying was of Rs 103.20 crore against gross selling of Rs 1822.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1719.60 crore in debt.
