Bond yields traded lower on Monday with the report stating that growth of India's services sector eased in September from the recent high in August, as new business and activity expanded at slower rates. The government shutdown also reached its third day, and investors weighed its potential impact on the U.S. economy. Furthermore, oil prices settled higher on Friday but posted a weekly loss of 8.1% after news of potential increases to OPEC+ supply.
