With this expansion, the company now operates 35 centres in Mumbai, offering around 1.04 million square feet serving a diverse clientele across sectors and demographics.
The centre is already occupied by Howden Insurance Brokers India, a leading independent insurance and reinsurance intermediary. Howden has taken around 36,000 square feet with a 60-month lease agreement - reflecting Howden’s long-term commitment to the company.
