Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Creative Eye has informed that Kaushal Doshi & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries has resigned as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company with immediate effect vide resignation letter dated October 6,2025. Details as required under Regulation 30 (2) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 is given in Annexure A. In view of the same, Kaushal Doshi & Associates is no longer associated as secretarial auditor of the Company.
