Dilip Buildcon, HCL Technologies and Mahanagar Gas to see some action today

Dilip Buildcon through DBL-APMPL (JV) (DBL -74% & APMPL 26%) has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) for Development of a 100 MW Grid-Connected Ground-Mounted Solar PV Power Project under Captive Mode to supply power to Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam (MPJNM) for 25 years from the date of commissioning (the Project).

Mahanagar Gas (MGL) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Oil India (OIL). MGL, having successfully forayed into the LNG value chain, operates LNG retail stations and is actively pursuing other clean energy initiatives. OIL has an expansive hydrocarbon exploration and development programme with plans to significantly ramp up gas production, alongside a defined roadmap for advancing clean energy projects. Under the MoU, the two organisations will collaborate to explore opportunities across the LNG value chain and in emerging clean energy areas. 

Kranti Industries has entered into strategic joint venture with Kores Group to establish a state-of-the-art greenfield precision machining facility at Halol, Gujarat. The new venture, KRAKO Precision, marks a significant milestone in Kranti’s journey of expansion, diversification, and commitment to manufacturing excellence. Le Lavoir has entered a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tech Riser Private on September 30, 2025, to acquire 51.00% stake in the company. The Tech Riser shall engage in developing digital platform that enable Le Lavoir to develop the Retail Laundry Business across India. Its solutions cover order booking, tracking payments, and backend operations, helping retail Laundry Business transition to digital retail model. 

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration’s wholly owned subsidiary -- KRN HVAC Products, has signed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Sphere Refrigeration Systems (SRSPL) to acquire its Bus Air Conditioning division. Under this agreement, KRN HVAC will take over all operations, assets, and employees associated with SRSPL’s Bus Air-Conditioning business. Upon completion, the division will be fully integrated into KRN HVAC’s operations, expanding the company’s product portfolio across the transport and mobility cooling segment and contributing to the company’s growth in revenue, profitability, and market reach in the coming years. 

Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from one of the leading company in solar PV module manufacturing for Supply and installation of Modular Cleanroom Partition Systems, Doors and allied accessories for a total consideration of Rs 68 crore (exclusive of all taxes and levies).
