The Certificate dated 7th October, 2025 received from Messrs MUFG Intime India (Formerly known as Link Intime India), Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company confirming compliance of the provisions of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is enclosed for reference.
