Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on October 7, 2025, has approved the proposal to finalize and execute an agreement with Prem Builders, a partnership firm, for the purchase of four commercial units situated at Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai - 400060. The details of the transaction are provided in the Annexure enclosed. The above transaction does not fall within the ambit of ‘related party transaction’ as defined under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
