Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Insolation Green Energy has incorporated 2 Wholly-owned subsidiaries namely GRMJ Green Infra and RJGM Green Infra on October 7, 2025. The said companies have been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants.
The SPV’s will carry on the Business of Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning, including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects.
