HDB Financial Services raises Rs 200 crore via NCDs

HDB Financial Services has raised Rs 200 crore through the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD). The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company has allotted 20,000 NCDs of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The NCDs with tenure of 1079 days have coupon rate of 7.18% per annum. The debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE.
