In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India has informed that, Mr. Narahari Naidu, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned to explore new opportunities outside the organization. His resignation will be effective from the end of business hours of 15th October 2025, which shall be his last working day with the Company. A copy of his resignation email is enclosed. Further, the information required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is enclosed as ‘Annexure-I’ to this letter. The Company has received the information at 11:54 am on 10th October 2025.
