Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Lupin and HCC to some action today

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has been selected as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of four residential societies in Malad (West), one of Mumbai’s established suburban neighbourhoods. Spread across approximately 1.65 acres, the project offers a development potential of around Rs 800 crore. The project is located close to Mahindra Lifespaces’ ongoing redevelopment project, Mahindra Codename64, strengthening presence in the micro-market.

United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has conducted a Pre-Approval Inspection at Lupin’s manufacturing facility located in Somerset, New Jersey, U.S.A. The Inspection was conducted from September 29, 2025 to October 10, 2025, and concluded with one observation. The company will address the observation and respond to the USFDA within the stipulated timeframe. It is committed to be compliant with CGMP standards across all its facilities.

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has secured a Rs 204 crore contract from Hindalco Industries for the fabrication, supply, and erection of pot shell and superstructure as part of the Aditya Aluminium smelter expansion project in Odisha. The project forms a key component of Hindalco's large-scale initiative to enhance its aluminium smelting capacity by 200,000 tonnes per annum. HCC's advanced fabrication expertise and execution capabilities will be instrumental in delivering this complex, largescale industrial project to international standards.

Lokesh Machines has secured order worth around Rs 7.83 crore (inclusive of GST) from Sundaram-Clayton for supply of Special Line Boring Machine and Gauging Systems. The order is to be executed before end of January 2026.

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for Engagement of consultant for all Land Acquisition Activities for Package - Rajkot to Dwarka Length of Proposed Somanath Dwarka Expressway. The total order value of the project is Rs 41.43 crore. This is a significant development, and it is expected to positively impact the business operations of the company.

Travel Food Services’ wholly-owned subsidiary-- TFS Gurgaon Airport Services has entered into License Agreement with Delhi International Airport for designing, developing, setting up, operating, managing and maintaining Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets at Terminal 2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. The License has been granted for a term of 3 years. Payment of license fees, minimum guarantee amounts and other related charges shall be as per the License Agreement.
