Physical Rubber prices witness some gains on Saturday

Physical Rubber prices witnessed some gains on Saturday, supported by strong global demand following weather-related supply concerns in Southeast Asia. Moreover, pre-diwali preparations and rising auto sales in India have spurred consumption in footwear and consumer goods sectors, also supporting rubber prices’ up-move.

Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 187.50/kg to its previous closing of Rs 187/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at its previous closing of Rs 184/ kg.
