Vedanta has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, Hindustan Zinc (HZL), a subsidiary of Company, has made disclosure as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations for levy of penalty by the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of the Central Goods and Service Tax - Udaipur. The same has been intimated by HZL to the Stock Exchanges on October 12, 2025, at 01:17 PM (IST).
