Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hem Holdings and Trading has informed that, M D N & Associates Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No - 017665C) Internal Auditors of the Company, have tendered their resignation vide their letter dated October 13, 2025, due to time constraints and preoccupation with professional commitments. Consequently, M D N & Associates Chartered Accountants, shall cease to act as an Internal Auditors of the company with effect from October 13, 2025. The internal auditor has confirmed that there are no material reasons for resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. The Resignation letter received from M D N & Associates is attached. Further, the information in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/ 2015 dated 09.09.2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13.07.2023 is enclosed in Annexure - I.
