Highway Infrastructure has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for operation of Eight lane Access Controlled Expressway at Laban Village in district of Bundi at Km. 337.171 in Pkg-12 to Interchange of Fee Plaza at Gopalpura village in Kota Dist. at Km. 417.810 in Pkg14 of DVE. The Letter of Award (LOA) was issued by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on October 13, 2025.

Lloyds Engineering Works (LEWL) has signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Poland-based FlyFocus Sp. z o.o. to jointly introduce advanced First Person View (FPV) drones for India’s defence and security sectors. This MoU builds on the companies' ongoing partnership in the Defender drone program and marks a strategic expansion into agile, short-range UAV systems, thereby strengthening India’s capability spectrum from long-range surveillance to rapid-response tactical operations.

KFin Technologies (KFintech) has completed its $34.68 million investment into Ascent Fund Services (Singapore) (Ascent) to acquire a 51% controlling stake and become the sole promoter. This milestone signals KFintech’s major expansion into the rapidly growing global fund administration industry, advancing its vision to build a scaled, India-origin financial infrastructure entity, backed by innovative and technology-first solutions, strong domain expertise, and delivery excellence for the global asset managers. With this closing, KFintech’s global fund administration AUA grows to approximately $340 billion in aggregate, as of September 30, 2025, further diversifying its revenue mix, geographic exposure, and capabilities across private and public market asset classes including pensions and digital asset classes. 

Tiger Logistics (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with H2 Invest Limited Liability Company, a Russian enterprise specializing in hydrogen technologies, to collaborate on the transportation and storage infrastructure for liquid hydrogen in India. This marks the inception of a first-of-its-kind joint initiative between an Indian logistics leader and an international hydrogen technology company, aimed at building the foundation for a robust hydrogen supply chain in India.  

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs 1,174 crore for Transmission & Distribution projects in India and the Middle East. The order includes ± 800 kV HVDC and 765 kV Transmission lines from a reputed private developer in India; and 380 kV Transmission lines in Saudi Arabia.

JD Cables has entered into an Agreement for Sale (without possession) on October 13, 2025, with Star Battery for the purchase of land and building admeasuring approximately 164.29 Cottah (equivalent to about 1,18,288 Sq. Ft.), situated at Mouza - Dankunibill, J.L. No. 83, District-Hooghly, P.S. - Dankuni, Block - Chanditala -II, for a total consideration of Rs 10.45 crore. The said property is equipped with existing sheds and building structures, making it suitable for immediate industrial utilization.

Oval Projects Engineering has received a new Letter of Intent (LoI) from Hpoil Gas for Composite Work of City Gas Station (CGS) Cum Mother Stations at Xelhozhe Niuland District in Nagaland, of total value amounting to Rs 11.79 crore.
