Bhansali Engineering Polymers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th October, 2025 at Mumbai, wherein the following business shall be considered: Approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025; Declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26, if any. Further, as informed vide letter ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2025/177 dated 30th September, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the designated persons and/ or their immediate relatives has already been closed with effective from 1st October, 2025 and that the same shall open on 02nd November, 2025.
