Surana Solar surges on getting included in government’s ALMM

Surana Solar is currently trading at Rs 33.04, up by 0.72 points or 2.23% from its previous closing of Rs 32.32 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 32.27 and has touched a high and low of Rs 33.70 and Rs 32.27 respectively. So far 3572 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 60.90 on 22-Oct-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 28.40 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 35.96 and Rs 28.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 162.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.20%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.39% and 56.42% respectively.

Surana Solar has been included in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE).  Additionally, the company has secured Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification for its TOPCON 630 Wp and PERC 590 Wp families of solar PV modules.

With these approvals in place, the company’s products are now eligible for participation in various Government EPC power projects, tenders, and other PSU-related initiatives.

Surana Solar is in the business of energy production and also in business segment of Power (wind) and Power (Solar).
