Power Mech Projects, Insolation Energy and Lemon Tree Hotels to see some action today

Power Mech Projects (PMPL) has been awarded Balance of Plant Package on EPC Basis for 1 x 800 MW Singareni TPS, Stage-II, by Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) for a value over Rs 2500 crore excluding GST. The Scope of Work under the contract includes Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Coal and Biomass Handling System, Ash Handling System, Utilities, Induced Draft Cooling Tower (IDCT), Water and Wastewater Treatment plant, Fire Protection System associated Civil & Structural Works and Electrical, C&I.

Insolation Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Insolation Green Energy has incorporated a Wholly-owned subsidiary, namely HVGM Green Infra on October 15, 2025. HVGM Green Infra has been incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of setting up solar power plants. HVGM Green Infra will carry on the Business of Solar Power Plant Development, erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation and maintenance, and Consultancy of any renewable Energy Power Plants. Design, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning, including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power Projects.

Lemon Tree Hotels has launched its latest franchised property - Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi. This is the brand’s second property in the state after Jamshedpur, further strengthening its presence in Jharkhand. This franchised hotel features 45 well-appointed rooms and suites, complemented by Citrus Cafe - a multi-cuisine restaurant, Slounge - the hip-recreation bar, a fully equipped fitness center and a swimming pool to keep you feeling as-fresh-as-a-lemon and value-driven stay experience. 

Network18 Media & Investments has received approval for acquisition of 86,25,000 equity shares, 22,55,250 preference shares and 1 debenture held by Lokmat Media (Lokmat Group) in IBN Lokmat News (IBNL), for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs 25 crore. Post this acquisition, IBNL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition is expected to be completed by end of October 2025. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on October 15, 2025, approved the same. 

Jyoti Structures has received a Notification of Award from AESL Projects for Supply of Towers, Survey, Soil Investigation, Foundations, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning of a portion of + 800 kV HVDC Bhadla 3 - Fatehpur Transmission Line on turnkey basis. Value of project is Rs 288.36 crore excluding GST. 

Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Adani Saur Urja (KA) has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Adani Hydro Energy Eleven (AHE11L) and Adani Hydro Energy Twelve (AHE12L) on October 13, 2025, Adani Hydro Energy Fifteen (AHE15L) on October 14, 2025, Adani Hydro Energy Fourteen (AHE14L) and Adani Hydro Energy Seventeen (AHE17L) on October 15, 2025 (Certificate of Incorporation received on October 15, 2025).
