Initiative under 100 days campaign titled ‘Saksham Niveshak’ by the Company in accordance with circular dated July 16, 2025, issued by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to enable shareholders to claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends; and b. Opening of Special Window for Re-lodgement of Transfer Requests of Physical Shares of the Company, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 02, 2025.
