The new entity has been incorporated with an initial paid-up capital of euro 25,000, inter-alia, to hold product registrations, participate in the institutional and other business and undertake distribution of generic formulations in the said country.

Ipca Laboratories is engaged in manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations.
