Krishanveer Forge has informed that the members of the Company in their meeting held on Friday, September 19, 2025, have declared a Final Dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each (i.e. 25%) for the Financial Year 2024-25. In this regard, the Final Dividend of INR 2.50 (25%) per equity share of face value of INR 10.00 each for the Financial Year 2024-25 in respect of the Equity Shares of Krishanveer Forge held by shareholders, has been credited directly in the respective bank accounts through NECS/NEFT/DR/RTGS/NACH as applicable. Appropriate communications are being sent to the Shareholders in this regard.
