Ipca Laboratories has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 13th November, 2025, to consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, we have already informed vide our letter dated 22nd September, 2025 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025 of the financial year 2025-26, i.e., till 15th November, 2025.
