Appointed of S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No: 324982E/E300003) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for conducting audit for the Financial year 2025-26 and to hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in calendar year 2026 by passing Ordinary resolution.
