Indoco Remedies has informed that the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has initiated a 100 days Campaign - ‘Saksham Niveshak’, to create awareness among shareholders and facilitate settlement of unpaid/unclaimed dividends. In view of the above, it has enclosed the initiatives undertaken by the Company for the aforementioned Campaign: 1. Copy of Communication issued to the shareholder under the title:- 100 days Campaign - ‘Saksham Niveshak’, to reach out to shareholders whose dividend remains unpaid/ unclaimed; 2. Copy of notice published in ‘Business Standard’ (All India Edition) (English Newspaper) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi Newspaper) on 18th October, 2025
