In continuation to earlier intimations dated May 22, 2025 and June 30, 2025, regarding the resignation tendered by Harshal Anjaria, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and subsequent updates thereof and in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), IRM Energy has informed that Harshal Anjaria has been relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on October 17, 2025. The details required in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and the copy of resignation letter received from Harshal Anjaria is enclosed as Annexure - A and Annexure - B respectively.
