Reliance Industries surges on reporting 10% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1453.05, up by 36.10 points or 2.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 1416.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1440.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1457.95 and Rs. 1435.00 respectively. So far 56603 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1551.00 on 09-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1115.55 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1459.90 and Rs. 1367.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1917483.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.10% and 10.83% respectively.

Reliance Industries has reported 18.36% rise in its net profit at Rs 9129 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26) as compared to Rs 7713 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the total income of the company decreased by 2.76% at Rs 134055 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 137855 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 9.67% rise in its net profit at Rs 18165 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 16563 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 9.58% at Rs 263380 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 240357 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
