Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Helix Healthcare B.V, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Chile, South America by the name of Aurobindo Pharma Chile SpA. The object of incorporation of this wholly owned subsidiary is to expand the Pharmaceutical Products business in Chile.
Further, the company’s wholly owned stepdown subsidiary -- Eugia Pharma B.V, has also incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Chile by the name of Eugia Pharma Chile SpA.
Aurobindo Pharma is engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. It offers active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates and generic formulations like astemizole, domeperidone and omeprazole; anti-infective, oral and sterile antibiotics, pain management and osteoporosis segments.
