Aurobindo Pharma has informed that Eugia Pharma B.V, a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in Chile by the name of Eugia Pharma Chile SpA. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as ‘Annexure A’.
