Brightcom Group has informed that the Company has received several messages and formal correspondence, including a letter from the Brightcom Shareholders Association (BGSHA) on behalf of its members, enquiring about the ling of the shareholding pattern for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The Company acknowledges the importance of timely disclosures and wishes to inform that, due to procedural delays arising out of the Dussehra and Diwali holiday period, the ling of the said shareholding pattern could not be completed within the prescribed timeline of October 21, 2025. The internal verification process is in its final stages, and the Company expects to complete and upload the shareholding pattern before the end of this month. The same will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges immediately upon submission. The Company sincerely regrets the delay and appreciates the patience and understanding of its shareholders. It remains focused on completing the process at the earliest and ensuring greater timeliness in future disclosures.
