FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 23 data: NSDL

23 Oct 2025 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12883.61 crore against gross selling of Rs 12119.27 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 764.34 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1385.79 crore with gross sales of Rs 170.72 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1215.07 crore in debt.

Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 6.06 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 9.02 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1218.03 crore.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 14.15 crore against gross selling of Rs 7.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 6.36 crore in hybrid segment.
