Adani Enterprises, Indian Hotels Company and Syrma SGS Technology to see some action today

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Adani Ropeways’ in India on October 23, 2025 to undertake development and promotion of ropeway projects and to extend assistance of all kinds including investment, financial, technical or commercial, for development, construction, operation, maintenance, etc. of ropeway projects in India.

Indian Hotels Company has today infused $25 million as equity in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Netherlands i.e. IHOCO BV. The investment amount will be used by IHOCO BV to further make investment in its subsidiaries, inter alia, for repayment of debt and operational requirements. There will be no change in the percentage of shareholding of the Company in IHOCO BV. It will continue to remain a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Syrma SGS Technology and Premier Energies have entered into definitive agreements to acquire 100% ownership of KSolare Energy, a leading solar inverter manufacturer, in the ratio of 51:49 respectively for a total consideration of Rs 170 crore. The acquisition marks Premier Energies and Syrma SGS’s foray into the fast-growing residential solar inverter segment, aligned with the Government of India’s PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The joint-venture plans to set up a new brownfield manufacturing facility in Pune to scale up production capacity to one million inverters annually.

Kaynes Technology India’s wholly owned subsidiary--Kaynes Holding (Kaynes Singapore) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Frauscher Sensor Technology Group GmbH for further acquisition of 7% stake in Sensonic GmbH. There shall be no impact on management and control of the company.

Oriental Hotels has received approval for subscription to the rights issue of OHL International (HK), Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company for investment of an amount of $1.764 million, which will further be invested in St. James Court Hotels Ltd for repayment of debt in that entity. Following the approval of the Board of Directors, the Investment Committee of the Board, has October 23, 2025, approved the same. 

Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese has received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for the incorporation of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary named ‘Indsil Infrastructure’ and has issued the Certificate of incorporation on October 23, 2025. The Wholly Owned Subsidiary will engage in the business of real estate and development of infrastructure for commercial and business purposes.
