Kaynes Technology India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Kaynes Holding Pte (Kaynes Singapore) has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Frauscher Sensor Technology Group GmbH for further acquisition of 7% stake in Sensonic GmbH. The proposed acquisition shall be through purchase of shares owned by Frauscher Sensor Technology Group GmbH for consideration of One Euro.
