Vodafone Idea has completed acquisition of 26% equity stake i.e. 2,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each in Aditya Birla Renewables SPV 3 (ABRen SPV 3) in first tranche. The remaining tranches will be made over a period of approximately four to six months. ABRen SPV 3 is a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Renewables.
