MIC Electronics’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- M/s SOA Electronics Trading LLC (SOA), Dubai, has completed investment equivalent to Rs 53.8 crore in M/s Cellular Galaxy Electronics LLC, Dubai, the step-down subsidiary of the company. With this transaction, the SOA has acquired 99% of the paid-up capital of M/s Cellular Galaxy Electronics LLC. The competent authority at Dubai has issued requisite documents and approvals for the said investment made by SOA.
