Further, in continuation to letter dated September 25, 2025, in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 and shall continue to remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the above Un-Audited Financial Results to the stock exchanges.
