Triton Corp has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 27th October, 2025 have considered and approved the appointment of Nitin Dubey (ACS -26979) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 of the Company with effective from 27th October, 2025. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFO /CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure-I. This is in compliance with the applicable provision of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
