The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ending on 30 th September, 2025 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulation; 2. Any other matter with the permission of the chair. Further, pursuant to the Insider Trading Rules of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons is already closed with effect from 01st October, 2025 which shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ending on 30th September, 2025.
