With respect to the existing manufacturing plant of the Company Havells India, in Ghiloth, whereby the Company is planning to expand the capacity for production of washing machines; Havells India has informed that the prescribed details with respect to the capacity addition of ‘washing machines’ at Ghiloth, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are given hereunder: Existing Capacity – 6,80,000 units per annum at Ghiloth ; Existing capacity utilization – 52% (Based on Production volume of H-1 FY 25-26) ; Proposed capacity addition – Additional 1,50,000 units per annum at Ghiloth location ; Period within which the proposed capacity is to be added – By December 2026 ; Investment Required – Approx INR 60 crores; Mode of financing – Internal accrual ; Rationale – To cater to the market with an entire range of washing machines
