Further, with reference to its letter dated 25th September, 2025 regarding ‘Intimation of closure of trading window’ & Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities has been closed for all Designated Persons, Connected Persons, Directors, Promoters and their Immediate Relatives from October 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, till November 12, 2025.
