Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of conduct for Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives is closed from October 01, 2025, and shall be opened after 48 hours of declaration of the financial results.
