Indegene has received approval from Board of Directors for investment in equity shares of Indegene Ireland, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, up to an amount of Euro 8.5 million, in one or more tranches. This investment in Indegene Ireland is to support the Subsidiary with capex requirement intended to expand its business.
The Board of Directors of Indegene at its meeting held on October 30, 2025, has approved the same. The said investment will be completed by December 31, 2026.
Indegene provides digital-led commercialization services for the life sciences industry, including biopharmaceutical, emerging biotech and medical devices companies, that assist them with drug development and clinical trials, regulatory submissions, pharmacovigilance and complaints management, and the sales and marketing of their products.
