As informed earlier, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading, is closed from 1st October, 2025 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
