India Cements Capital has informed that meetings of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 7th November 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results (subjected to a ‘limited review’ by the statutory auditors of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. The company will electronically file, after approval of its Board, a certified copy of the aforesaid unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report of its Statutory Auditors on the portal in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The financial results will be published in English and Tamil dailies on 9th November 2025. In continuation to its letter dated 26.09.2025, the company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2025 to 9th November, 2025.
