To Consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2025 ii. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2025. Further noted that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by all the designated person including their relatives of the Company shall remain close from 1st October, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter/Half Year ended 30th September, 2025.
