Adani Enterprises, RITES and Magellanic Cloud to see some action today

Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Munger Sultanganj Road’ in India on November 03, 2025 to carry out the development, maintenance and management of the project ‘Construction of Ganga Path Connecting Munger (Safiabad)-Bariyarpur-Ghorghat-Sultanganj Road in the State of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode’.

RITES has received Letter of Award from National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences for PMC for the construction of New Outpatient Department (OPD) building at NIMHANS Bangalore campus to be undertaken on turnkey basis. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/ contract(s) is Rs 372.68 crore exclusive of GST (including PMC Fee).

Provigil Surveillance Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Western Railway, Rajkot Division (RJT Division), for provision of CCTV surveillance system at various sites across the Division. The total value of the contract is Rs 2.45 crore. This project will enhance security, ensure safety of assets and personnel, improve operational monitoring, and support Indian Railways’ modernization and surveillance initiatives.

Mitsu Chem Plast has expanded manufacturing capacity by approximately 655 MT per year across its existing facilities. The move is part of Mitsu’s ongoing growth strategy to meet rising demand, strengthen its supply capabilities, and support the company’s long-term vision of crossing Rs 1,000 crore in annual revenues by 2028.

Krishival Foods (KFL) has taken physical possession of an industrial property in the Halkarni Industrial Area, Kolhapur (Maharashtra), acquired via a SARFAESI auction conducted by Union Bank of India. Physical possession of the asset was formally handed over to the company. The newly acquired property comprises approximately 8,000 square meters of land with 1,770.49 square meters of existing construction, providing scope for phased capacity expansion. The acquired parcel, spread across about 2 acres, lies adjacent to the company’s existing 5-acre MIDC land, effectively bringing KFL’s total landholding in the Halkarni Industrial Area to around 7 acres.
