To approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025; 2. Any other business with kind permission of the Chair. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which had been closed on 01st October, 2025, shall continue to remain close till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2025 for the Directors, Designated employees of the Company and other specified persons as per the Company's Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
