Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Khaitan Chemicals And Fertilizers has informed that the Majestic Packaging Co, Promoter of the Company, and part of the Promoter & Promoter Group of Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers (‘the Company’), has purchased 60,000 equity shares of the Company through the open market on the Stock Exchanges on 04th November, 2025. Consequently, the aggregate shareholding of the ‘Promoter/ Promoter Group’ in the Company stands increase to 72.64% on the current issued capital.
