HDB Financial Services gains on raising Rs 50 crore through NCDs

HDB Financial Services is currently trading at Rs 732.45, up by 8.45 points or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs 724.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 724.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 735.00 and Rs 722.75 respectively. So far 67711 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 891.65 on 03-Jul-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 722.25 on 03-Nov-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 747.50 and Rs 722.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 60114.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.19%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.09% and 11.72% respectively.

HDB Financial Services has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Sub debts of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Sub debts are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. Tenure of the instrument is 3500 days. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on November 3, 2025, allotted the same.
